About the Artist
Danielle Seivers has been creating scaled miniature tack for model horses since 2005. Her focus remains on strapgoods such as bridles, halters and harnesses, with occasional forays into saddlemaking. She is proud to have had work shown successfully by clients at many live shows around the world, including the North American Nationals, and the former Down Under Nationals.
She is proud to have represented Australia in conjunction with Reeves Intl/Breyer by participating as a featured artist in 'True Blue Breyer' in May 2021. A lack of real horses in Danielle's life has not stopped her from developing a lifelong interest in them. She participates strongly in the model horse hobby, including a previous stint as the editor of the newsletter of the Australasian International Model Horse Club (AIMHC), and a committee member of the former Down Under Model Horse Society. She continues to participate in live and photo showing, and maintains an interest in education in this area. She has hosted many live shows, including Melbourne Live Show and Silver Stars Live Show, and judged at others. Outside of model horses, Danielle works in healthcare in Perth, Western Australia, and is originally from Victoria, Australia. She has a passion for exploring the country and attempts to camp off-the-grid several times per year. |
