- Prices are quoted in USD and I prefer payment in this currency. USD payments must be made via PayPal.
- Australian clients are welcome to pay via payID (direct deposit) in AUD if discussed. AUD prices will be provided when the client initially seeks a quote.
- For orders valued at less than $60 USD, payment must be made in full at completion of work. Orders larger than $60 USD require a minimum 25% deposit to commence work.
- Time payments (of 50% deposit and 50% at completion) may be available for large orders, only after discussion. Failure to pay the balance by the agreed end date will result in any payments made forfeited, and the tack item may be sold by Daley Park Model Horse Tack. Red or yellow lights may be left as appropriate on transaction boards.
Shipping
- The prices on the price list do not include shipping. Shipping costs are additional.

- Domestic orders quoted will include tracked shipping, and insurance for the first $60 USD of value. Additional insurance may be added, or shipping ungraded to express, at additional cost. Quoted commissions will include shipping.
- The prices on the price list do not include shipping.
Bodies
- The artist maintains a small collection of traditional and classic plastic bodies for tack-fitting purposes. If the client's desired piece is for a different mould, then they may provide measurements, or send the model for fitting (at their cost of shipping both ways).
Cancellations
- If a client chooses to cancel their order before work has begun, any deposits made will be refunded. If the client chooses to cancel their order after commencement of work, any deposits made are forfeit and any work begun remains the work of the artist.
- If the artist cancels a client's order for lack of contact (defined as no response to social media messages, or email, within two weeks of the initial message seeking contact), then any deposits made are forfeit and any work begun or completed remains the work of the artist.
- If the artist cancels an order due to her personal circumstances, any payments or deposits will be refunded. Any begun or completed work will remain with the artist.
Donations
- The artist endeavours to support Australian and international live and photo shows where possible with a physical or gift certificate donation. However, no event or show is guaranteed a donation. Her priority is to Australian and NZ shows. At this time (Feb 2021), international live shows will not be supported due to COVID-19.
- If you would like your show to be considered for a donation, please use the Contact form to send a message, indicating your show's name, date, location and the charity/cause it is supporting, if any. Requests must be received a minimum of 12 weeks prior to the show date to be considered. Only requests from the show host (not other attendees) will be considered.
- International live show hosts are responsible for shipping costs (e.g. approx $15-20 USD to US/Canada).
- May 2021: at this time, the artist is only supporting Australian shows.

Repairs
- Repairs of tack made by Daley Park will be done free of charge, with the owner paying shipping both ways. Extensive repairs, or replacement of cast hardware, may incur a cost; these repairs will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- The artist will not repair tack made by another artist, unless that artist cannot be identified, or that artist has given permission for another artist to make the repairs.
